Intervention Details: The cooperative was introduced and allocated to business advisor Nhlakanipho Zondo when they were applying for CDSP. After conducting an assessment, the Business Advisor was able to identify the gaps and recommended interventions to take the business forward. The cooperative was assisted with a business plan to access finance. This business plan assisted the cooperative in obtaining the CDSP grant funding.
Outcome Details: - The business was able to increase their turnover from R73,383.40 to
R81, 583.40
- The business has sustained all its employees, which were 5 last year and
remained at 5 this year as well.
